In January 2005 Sgt Bob O’Connor was killed alongside nine other members of the crew of Hercules XV179 when it was shot down by enemy fire in the north west of Baghdad.
His sister Sarah Chapman, a civilian intensive care nurse, struggled to cope with life after his death.
